Declaration of Agreement
By enrolling in and participating in training courses provided by Rescue Ready Training Solutions, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures outlined herein. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy and agree to the terms set forth.

Cancellation Policy
Rescue Ready Training Solutions understands that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in a course. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellation 7 Working Days or More Prior to Course Start: A cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will be applied.

- Cancellation 3 Working Days Prior to Course Start: A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be applied.

- Cancellation 24 to 48 Hours Prior to Course Start: A cancellation fee of 75% of the course fee will be applied.

Rescheduling Policy
If you cancel your participation and subsequently reschedule for a course within the same month, your cancellation fees will be waived.

Acknowledgment
By completing your registration for our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Declaration of Agreement and Cancellation Policy. You also agree to any applicable fees as outlined in this policy.
