This accredited course meets OSHA & workplace requirements.

In this online learning with virtual skills evaluation course, you'll use an interactive format to learn how to identify first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. Throughout the 5 hour course you can expect to learn to administer life-saving help to individuals in order to promote a better outcome until professional help arrives. Depending on your course selection, the course will either cover responding to medical emergencies for adults  or medical emergencies for adults, children and infants.

  • Ideal for individuals who want to be more prepared, safer, and feel more comfortable responding during an emergency as well as those whose workplace requires this certification.

What to Expect

  • Step 1 - Registration: After purchasing, you will need to input the information for the student(s) intended to take the class. You will do this either via your order confirmation screen or the registration email. 
  • Step 2 - Scheduling: After the student is registered, they are eligible to schedule their instructor-led virtual skills test. An email with a unique link will be sent for the student to schedule their evaluation at a convenient time and day.
  • Step 3 - Learning: Approximately 15 minutes after inputting student information, the student will receive an email with a link to begin the online portion of the class. Progress is saved as you go along. Be sure to reference the requirements below for optimal learning experience.
  • Step 4 - Certificate: Once the student completes the online learning and passes the virtual skills test, a digital certification is issued. This will be emailed to the student approximately 4 hours after completion.
